How do you remove bad credit?
The 3 credit bureaus have to follow a federal law called the Fair Credit reporting Act. That law has a loophole that allows you to question anything on your credit reports and the credit bureaus have to investigate. First we order you’re Consumer Credit Reports from Experian, Equifax, and Trans union. Then we use specific disputes to contest and challenge any negative accounts. Collections, charge offs, judgments, late payments, ect. Anything negative on your credit report. The credit bureaus will send the results to you in about 30 days showing the status of the accounts. The accounts will be permanently removed from your credit report and will never reappear. They will raise your credit score generally 15 to 35 points per item deleted. And then we continue to work on your credit report to remove as many negative accounts off each report as possible. Because of our extensive knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act we know that properly disputed credit items are easily removed. Anything that is on your credit report can legally be removed.
